ACB provides a vehicle buying service to private individuals wishing to sell their touring caravans, motorhomes or camper vans. Our service includes:

• Free, no-obligation price estimations based on information provided by the seller
• A formal cash offer following assessment of vehicle details
• Free collection of the vehicle from the seller's nominated location within the UK
• Payment to the seller prior to collection of the vehicle

We do not act as a broker or agent. All purchases are made by ACB directly.

3. Price Estimations and Offers

3.1 Free Estimations

Price estimations provided via our website form or telephone are based solely on the information you provide. They are indicative only and do not constitute a formal offer to purchase your vehicle.

3.2 Formal Offers

A formal offer to purchase your vehicle will be made following our assessment of the details you provide. All formal offers are:

• Subject to physical inspection of the vehicle at the point of collection
• Based on the accuracy of the information provided by the seller
• Valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Made in pounds sterling (GBP)

3.3 Offer Amendments

Material differences may include but are not limited to: undisclosed damp, structural damage, significant mechanical defects, missing documentation, or substantial deviation from the described condition.

4. Seller Obligations

As a seller, you agree and warrant that:

• You are the legal owner of the vehicle, or are otherwise authorised to sell it
• The vehicle is free from any outstanding finance, charges or encumbrances (unless disclosed to and agreed by ACB in advance)
• All information provided about the vehicle is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
• You will disclose any known faults, damage or issues with the vehicle prior to collection
• You have the right to transfer ownership and will provide all necessary documentation (V5C logbook, service history, keys, accessories)
• The vehicle will be available for collection at the agreed time and location

5. Payment

Subject to satisfactory inspection and acceptance of our offer:

• Payment will be made in full before we take possession of your vehicle
• Payment is made by bank transfer (BACS) directly to your nominated UK bank account
• We do not pay by cash, cheque or any other method unless agreed in writing
• Payment is typically processed on the day of collection; bank processing times may vary

ACB accepts no liability for any delay caused by banking system outages or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Collection

• Collection is free of charge anywhere within mainland United Kingdom
• A collection date and time will be agreed with you following acceptance of our offer
• You must ensure the vehicle is accessible and available at the agreed time
• If collection cannot take place due to circumstances on your side, we will endeavour to rearrange at no additional cost
• ACB reserves the right to cancel the purchase if collection is repeatedly prevented by the seller

7. Withdrawal and Cancellation

7.1 Seller's right to withdraw

You may withdraw from the sale at any time before payment has been made and the vehicle has been collected, without penalty.

7.2 ACB's right to withdraw

ACB reserves the right to withdraw any offer at any time prior to payment being made if:

• The vehicle information provided is found to be materially inaccurate or misleading
• Outstanding finance is discovered on the vehicle
• The seller is unable to demonstrate legal ownership
• The vehicle's condition materially differs from the description provided

8. Outstanding Finance

Before completing any purchase, ACB may conduct a vehicle history check. If outstanding finance is found on the vehicle that was not disclosed by the seller, ACB reserves the right to:

• Withdraw the offer entirely, or
• Adjust the offer to account for the settlement figure, subject to your agreement

Selling a vehicle with undisclosed finance may constitute fraud. ACB will take appropriate action where necessary.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

• ACB's total liability in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the agreed purchase price of the vehicle
• ACB is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the sale process
• ACB is not responsible for any costs incurred by the seller in preparing the vehicle for sale

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Website Use

By using our website, you agree to:

• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
